First Presbyterian Church of Highland is located at 342 Grand Street, at the corner of Spring Street and Grand Street. First Presbyterian Church is a part of God's New Field Parish which included United Church of Muscoda (Presbyterian), Otter Creek (Lutheran) and Fairview (Lutheran) Churches. Worship is at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. Sunday School begins at 9:15 a.m. on Sundays September thru May. Presbyterian Women meet the 2nd Tuesday evening of the month.
